Common problems with chartering cargo planes
Does your company only provide all inclusive services?
no If a fully booked flight is not the best option, we can offer a semi charter flight service. In addition, through our internal team, we can also provide handheld/personal carrying services, customs clearance, and ground transportation services to and from the airport.
Will the plane still carry other cargo?
As our all inclusive aircraft is a pre booked service, no other cargo will be loaded onto the plane. If you request that no other cargo be loaded on the plane, please inform your agent.
What are the costs included in the charter flight price?
As a lower offer, our quotation will always include costs for aircraft, crew, fuel, ground handling, and aviation insurance. The various fees included/excluded in each charter flight may vary, and the specific fees will be indicated in your quotation.
Can we charter a plane to transport live animals?

How are air permit fees and air transit fees charged?
These fees are collected by the Civil Aviation Administration or domestic airlines in the process of seeking navigation rights for specific countries. Not all countries charge these fees. If these fees may appear as additional expenses, your broker will inform you of the specific situation; If your charter flight needs to fly to or depart from another country, a permit fee may be charged.
How do I know if the plane I am chartering is fully insured and in good condition?
QiDao International Logistics has an internal compliance team responsible for holding third-party insurance certificates and Air Operator Certificates (AOC) for all airlines used on each charter flight.
In addition, the sales team also uses a customized system that alerts customers if the aircraft's certificate files are lost or expired before providing a quote.
Can the freight forwarder board the plane and accompany them?
Normally, it is possible to board with the airline, but approval must be obtained from the airline.
If you need to arrange a freight forwarder to escort the goods, please contact your broker who can apply for approval from the airline or find other charter flights that meet your requirements.
Can your company provide truck transportation/customs clearance services?
QiDao International Logistics has two dedicated truck transportation teams in Germany and the United States, which can assist in arranging ground transportation to and from airports.
QiDao International Logistics is not a customs clearance company, but we have reliable customs clearance agents around the world. We can introduce our customers to these agents when needed.
Are there any restrictions on the goods your company transports?
Each charter flight application needs to be considered separately, and our charter brokers will provide advisory services to find tailored solutions for each charter flight project& nbsp; If the goods to be transported exceed the capacity of a single aircraft, our broker will arrange multiple aircraft to complete the freight work.
